Terms of Service

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms apply when you create an account on Planora or use it in any way. By using Planora you agree to them. If you use Planora on behalf of an organization, you agree to them for that organization too.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

  1. 1. Your account

    Give accurate details when you register and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

    Each workspace belongs to an organization. Its owners and admins decide who joins, what role they have, and who is removed.

  2. 2. Your content

    Projects, cards, comments, images, feedback and anything else you put into Planora remain yours. You give us permission to store, copy, display and process that content only as far as we need to run Planora for you, including sending it to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy when you use an AI feature.

    You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for content that reaches your projects through an intake key you created.

  3. 3. Acceptable use

    Do not use Planora to:

    • break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
    • upload malware or content meant to harm people or systems;
    • try to reach another organization’s data or get around access controls;
    • overload, probe or disrupt the service, including through intake keys or the API;
    • resell or rebrand the service without our written agreement.
  4. 4. AI features

    The assistant, routines and other AI features generate their output automatically, and it can be wrong. The assistant proposes changes for you to approve; routines act on the cards their filters match, as you configure them. Review what they do before you rely on it.

    Features marked Soon, or described as early or experimental, may be incomplete, may change, and may be withdrawn.

  5. 5. Availability and changes

    We work to keep Planora available and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. When a change materially affects how you use Planora, we will tell you in the app.

  6. 6. Ending your use

    You can stop using Planora at any time, and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where it is reasonable to, we will warn you first.

  7. 7. Disclaimer and liability

    Planora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

    To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Planora. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  8. 8. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Planora after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

  9. 9. Contact
