Search, claim and a full-screen card
- NewSearch from the sidebar, or press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux), to jump to any page, project or card.
- NewRight-click a card and choose Claim to put yourself on it, alongside anyone already there. Unclaim takes you off again.
- NewOpen a card full screen, or hide its activity panel for more room to write, from the buttons at the top of the card.
- NewBack and forward arrows at the top of every page step through the pages you have visited in Planora.
- ImprovedA project's description now sits beside its name at the top of the board.
- FixedRight-clicking a project folder now offers Pin to sidebar, the same as its ⋯ menu.
- FixedAssigning someone to a card shows on the open card straight away, as do changes to its priority, dates and labels. You no longer have to close it first.
- FixedSigned in, the Planora website takes you back to the app instead of showing Sign in.

A home for your day, and feedback from anywhere
- NewHome plans a goal for your day from the cards on your plate, next to a calendar and the assistant.
- NewThe dashboard charts the team’s workload: what is due over the next two weeks, what is late, who has what, and where every card sits. Recent activity reads as a timeline, grouped by day.
- NewPin the projects you live in to a Favorites section in the sidebar. Your pins are yours alone.
- NewProjects show as coloured folders with a count of their open cards, and you can rename one from its menu.
- NewDrag cards between columns on the Tasks page, the same way you do on a board.
- NewPut pictures in a card’s description with a button or by pasting them.
- NewFeedback takes up to five screenshots. They show in the review queue and travel into the task it becomes.
- NewEmbed the feedback form on a client’s site. Settings, Intake gives you the snippet to paste, and you review what arrives in the same place.
- NewUpload a profile picture and a logo for your organization.
- NewChoose a light or dark theme, or follow your system, from the user menu.
- ImprovedCards look like tickets, with the due date on the stub. A card without one has a + to pick a date, and a card in Done shows as finished.
- ImprovedA card shows how its latest routine run went, right on the board.
- ImprovedEach column scrolls on its own, and clicking anywhere on a card opens it.
- ImprovedFeedback waiting for approval lives in the sidebar instead of Settings.
- ImprovedA redesigned sidebar, a tidier Settings page, and new marks for Planora and the assistant.

Tasks everywhere, and routines that run themselves
- NewA Tasks page gathers the cards from every project in one place, and each board can switch to a list view to match.
- NewCustom routines hand matching cards to the assistant automatically. Filter by column, label and how long a card has waited.
- NewRun a routine on a card by hand whenever you want it done now, and see every run it has made in the card’s new Routine tab.
- NewFeedback can come in from outside Planora: a project issues an intake key, and what arrives lands in the review queue ready to approve.
- NewRoutines can run on a code worker that works in the project’s repository, and each routine can use the model you pick for it.
- ImprovedUp to three worker runs go at once, so a busy board no longer waits in line.
- FixedRoutines no longer move a card backward once its column has already moved on.
- FixedRoutine runs are recorded properly, so their history shows up on the card.
- FixedDialogs with a lot in them scroll inside the screen instead of spilling off it.

Drag to reorder, and a sharper assistant
- NewDrag a card up or down within a column, or into another one, to put it exactly where you want. The order sticks for everyone looking at the board.
- NewAttach images to a comment by pasting, dropping or picking a file, and click a thumbnail to see it full-screen.
- ImprovedThe assistant already knows which project you are looking at, so it stops asking and gets on with it. Name a different one whenever you mean somewhere else.
- ImprovedResize the assistant panel by dragging its edge, to whatever width suits the conversation.
- ImprovedAdding a task now looks and behaves like editing one: same fields, same order, same date range.

The assistant, out of the corner
- ImprovedChat is no longer a slide-over guessing at your attention. It lives under the board, open by default, with an Assistant button in the header to bring it back.
- ImprovedReplies now render lists, code and emphasis properly instead of a wall of plain text.
- NewCopy a reply, or ask the assistant to try again, right from the message.
- ImprovedWhat the assistant did reads as a sequence of steps rather than a stack of badges, and everything it says now carries a time.
- NewA blank conversation offers a few starting points. Click one to fill the box rather than guess what to ask.
- ImprovedTurn the assistant off entirely from Settings, if you would rather not have it on the board.
- ImprovedClaude Sonnet 5 is the new default model for chat.
- FixedPicking a model no longer shoves the whole chat panel sideways.

Feedback, reviewed
- NewSend feedback straight from the sidebar: a title, a few sentences, and it goes to the team.
- NewApproved feedback becomes a task automatically: a new project, an AI-written title and description, ready on the board.
- NewA notification bell in the rail tells you when your feedback is approved or declined, and again when the task it became is finished.
- NewAttach a screenshot to feedback by pasting it from the clipboard or picking a file.

Now Planora
- NewPlanora is now Planora. Same board, same team, new name.
- NewThe chat composer takes multiple lines, so you can write a longer message and send it with a key of its own.
- NewStop a chat reply while it is still being written, instead of waiting it out.
- ImprovedPinning the sidebar rail open now sticks, and it remembers how you left it next time you visit.

Cards you can write in
- NewDescriptions and comments take rich text: bold, lists, quotes, code and links, from the toolbar or by typing markdown straight into the box.
- NewEvery card carries a priority, flown as a coloured flag on the board so the urgent ones read without opening anything.
- NewThe card panel has lost its Save button. Pickers save the moment you choose one, text saves when you stop typing, and the panel tells you which it is doing.
- NewChat can label a card, add checklist items and tick them off, set its dates, and read a card back to you.
- ImprovedMentioning a teammate works the same in a description as in a comment. Type @ and keep going.

Your team, and somewhere to keep it
- NewSettings, at last: your profile and password, the name and mark the organization goes by, who is in it, and the labels it uses.
- NewInvite teammates by email. They get a link, you can see which invitations are still outstanding, and revoking one kills its link on the spot.
- NewAdmins and members are now different things: the settings everybody lives with are for admins to change.
- NewRename or recolour a label in one place and every card carrying it follows.
- NewThis panel. Everything that ships from here on gets written down in it.
- ImprovedChanging your password signs out your other devices and leaves the one you changed it on alone.

Labels, checklists and a chat that remembers
- NewCards take labels. Colour a card by what kind of work it is, and see the strip without opening it.
- NewCards take checklists. Tick items off in the card and watch the progress badge fill in on the board.
- NewCards have a start date as well as a due date, so work in flight reads as a range rather than a deadline.
- NewChat keeps more than one conversation per board. Start a new one for a new thread of work and switch between them.
- NewPick the model a conversation runs on, per conversation.
- Improved@mentioning a teammate works the same way everywhere it appears: in a comment, in a description and in chat.
- FixedThe caret no longer jumps to the end of the line after picking someone from an @mention menu.

Chat proposes, you approve
- NewAsk chat to change a card and it shows you the edit before it happens, side by side with what is there now. Nothing moves until you approve it.
- NewOpen chat from a card and it already knows which card you mean.
- ImprovedConversations survive a reload. Chat history is kept on the server rather than in the tab, and can be cleared when you want a blank page.

Comments and columns
- NewComment on a card, @mention a teammate, and see replies appear as they are written without reloading.
- NewBoards are no longer stuck with three columns. Add, rename, reorder and remove them to match how the team actually works.
- ImprovedColumns added or moved by a teammate now arrive on your board in real time, the way cards already did.

Boards

- NewChat on every board, with the run of the project to hand.
